The hotel was very comfortable and perfect for our two-night stay in Auckland. The room on the 21st floor was cozy, though it had a bit of an old smell upon entering despite the windows being open. The staff were welcoming upon our arrival and showed great knowledge of the surrounding area. They were also accommodating for our late check-in. The location was excellent, within a 5-minute walk to downtown Auckland and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The dining experience was enjoyable, but we had to request some items to be replaced. Overall, it was a positive stay with some minor drawbacks.

The hotel has spacious and clean rooms, but there were some issues with the cutlery and glasses in the drawers. The main room lacked heating or air conditioning, and the bathroom had limited counter space. The onsite restaurant is not impressive, and the TV channels are limited without a guide. However, the service was amazing, especially with accommodating late check-in and arranging extra nights if needed.
